This app is under active development. Job Crafter is a private, non-commercial project in a closed testing phase (invite only). Features, wording and data structures change continuously, errors and outages are possible, and nothing is promised about availability, correctness or permanent storage. Please don't store anything here whose loss you couldn't live with.
This English text is a convenience translation. In case of doubt, the German version of this imprint and of the privacy policy prevails.

What this service is

Job Crafter is a privately operated tool for reflecting on your own work (job crafting). It is not offered commercially, it is free for the people using it, and access is by personal invitation only.

It is not a substitute for psychotherapeutic or medical treatment, nor for legal or HR advice. The AI coach "Sprout" produces prompts and questions — not professional recommendations, and not decisions.

Liability for content and links

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. For content stored by users, the liability exemptions for intermediary services under Articles 4–6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Article 6:196c of the Dutch Civil Code apply: there is no general obligation to monitor stored information. Content you enter yourself (notes, profile, conversations) is not visible to anyone else and is never published. For the few external links, the respective provider is responsible; we remove links as soon as we learn of any legal violation.
